kerry jackson memorial scholarship fund
Kerry Jackson was a professional dancer that was most at home on stage under the lights and with the audience. He was always a performer commanding the stage and space he was in. He was present, energetic and constantly pulling your eye to watch him. He had an infectious smile that lit up any room and loved life and community more than anything. His precious life was cut short on June 15th, 2019. He was 29 years old.
The Institute of Contemporary Dance will be leading the fundraising efforts and scholarships awards will be a minimum $250 with a maximum $1,000 per student based on the Institute staff selection process. This is the inaugural fundraiser now four years after his death, and will become a yearly memorial scholarship.
